Requirements
- Upon hire: Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Must satisfy State of Alaska Licensing, Assisted Living Homes background records and fingerprint check criteria.
