Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
- Ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and personal preferences are respected
- Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team
- Promoting a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and families
