About The Position

Requirements

Current CNA certification
Reliable transportation within the Anderson area
Understanding of common senior conditions (Alzheimer’s/Dementia, mobility issues)
Knowledge of home safety protocols & HIPAA compliance
Ability to provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring
Proper body mechanics for lifting and assisting
Nutrition, meal prep, and basic housekeeping skills
Compassion, patience, and active listening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable time management, adaptability, and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset and ability to follow care plans
Professional and positive attitude
