About The Position
The CNA will focus on performing care to our residents throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Ideal candidate should be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Drug Free Workplace/ E.O.E./Veterans/Disabled and other protected category
Requirements
- State Tested Nursing Assistant or a Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready will need to complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights
- Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
- Must have excellent attendance and work history
Nice To Haves
- First aid and CPR certification, preferred
