Requirements
- Montana CNA certification – or recently expired (we’ll help you get re-certified fast!)
- Passion for providing high-quality care in skilled or long-term care settings
- Reliable, team-oriented individuals ready to make a real difference
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, respectful care with an emphasis on dignity, safety, and comfort
- Assist with daily living activities: hygiene, mobility, meals, and meaningful engagement
- Partner with nurses and therapists to carry out individualized care plans
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Build genuine connections with residents, their families, and your team
