Friendship Village is recruiting for a Friendly and Energetic Certified Nurse Aide to join our Health Center team! This opportunity is Full Time, 3rd shift (7p-7a) has Benefits, Great Staff-Resident Ratio, and Teamwork. Starting pay is $19.00 plus years of experience. This role provides full-scope, hands on functions within the community. Requirements
- Successful completion from a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
Nice To Haves
- Prior geriatric care experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists patients with dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
- Transfers, transports and escorts patients as needed.
- Answers signal lights promptly
- Gives prompt and efficient assistance to nursing personnel in non-professional duties and care of resident under supervision of RN and LPN.
