We are seeking FULL-TIME compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team for night shift (6p to 6a). The Certified Nursing Assistant play a vital role on our care team by providing empathetic, patient-centered, hands-on support that helps residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life. CNAs work closely with nurses and other team members to assist residents with daily activities, monitor their well-being, and create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients by providing exceptional care and support as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Provide support to nursing staff by preparing equipment and assisting with medical procedures Maintain a clean and safe patient environment by adhering to infection control protocols Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress Document patient care accurately in electronic health records Support patients with disabilities by providing tailored assistance to enhance their quality of life Participate in hospice care for terminally ill patients, ensuring comfort and dignity during their final days Qualifications Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of geriatrics, medical-surgical care, physiology, and hospice care is highly desirable Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant program Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients Join a team committed to putting people first—every resident, every day.
