Requirements

Active CNA certification in Maryland
Previous home care experience preferred
CPR and First Aid certification (CPR with BLS preferred)
Negative PPD result with the last year OR Clear Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
Health Physical or work release from physician within the last 2 years
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Must have a clear background (no disqualifying criminal history such as convictions for violence, theft, or abuse)

Nice To Haves

Previous home care experience preferred
CPR with BLS preferred

Responsibilities

Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support and incontinence care
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes to the RN or supervisor
Offer medication reminders
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Follow customized Care Plans
