About The Position

Central Gardens Post-Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We provide personalized rehabilitation and nursing services and are dedicated to fostering a caring and supportive environment, helping our patients achieve their greatest potential for a better quality of life. The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide quality care to residents, implement specific procedures and programs, report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, and respond to inquiries or requests for information. This position also assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. Requirements

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and report patients' status and needs to appropriate personnel.
  • Answer call lights and attend to patient needs, reporting as necessary.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Serve meals and distribute/pick up meal trays.
