Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year professional or private caregiving experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check
  • Driver’s License (required)
  • Dependable, with professional references

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
  • Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
  • Support active or passive mobility needs as directed by the individualized service plan
  • Document any changes and communicate them to the Care Manager
