About The Position

This CNA position supports a 51-bed acute Med/Surg with Telemetry unit in a 122-bed Level III trauma hospital. The unit cares for adult patients with telemetry needs, post-op ortho, urology and GI cases, COPD, CHF, diabetes, dementia, end-of-life care, and general medical conditions. LNAs are assigned approximately 1:8–10 with strong team collaboration among RNs, LPNs, and support staff. Floating to like units may occur infrequently. Weekend and holiday participation required. Free onsite parking; reliable transportation strongly recommended.

Requirements

• Active AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required, and prior travel experience is mandatory.
• Recent Epic experience (within 2 years) is required and nonnegotiable.
• Complete work history with explanations for gaps over 90 days must be included at submission.
• Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and floating as needed.
