About The Position
Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a heart for patient care? As a CNA, you'll be a vital member of our Interdisciplinary Team, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care and comfort to patients during their most meaningful moments.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience in hospice, home health, or medical/surgical care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with empathy.
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care.
- Calm, respectful presence in patient homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meals, feeding, and light household tasks.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Support mobility, exercise, and medication reminders.
- Provide emotional support and respite care for families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
