New 12 Hour Shifts Johns Island Post Acute is a gorgeous 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Johns Island SC, just 10 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston. We are currently searching for experienced CNA's to join our team. An active CNA certification in good standing in South Carolina is required.
