The ideal candidate would be able to do every weekend 8 hour shifts and a 12 hour shift during the week. Greentree Health & Rehabilitation Center offers compassionate senior care in Clintonville, WI. Requirements

Current Wisconsin CNA is required
Passion for helping people
Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID-19 vaccination requirement. The regulation requires all facility employees and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to be granted an exemption based on an approved request for a medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities

Promptly answer resident call light
Assist residents with basic ADL’s
Transport and assist residents throughout the facility
Maintain safety of residents at all times
