Requirements

Valid CNA certification in the state of Illinois.
Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move patients safely and effectively.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.
Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and document patients' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer medications and assist with mobility and exercise routines.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure client well-being.
