About The Position
About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our healthcare team in Northern Vermont. This position requires relocation, and is ideal for those ready to take on a meaningful role providing hands-on care in a long-term care setting. You’ll work closely with nursing staff to support residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort, dignity, and high-quality care.
Requirements
- Valid CNA license
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while providing compassionate patient care.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Relocate before starting work (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in inpatient settings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide support to patients with disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding patient conditions and care plans.
- Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
- Participate in patient care planning meetings as required.
