About The Position

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our CNA Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. Available Shifts: Evenings and Nights

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A valid Indiana State Department of Health Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 6 months prior nursing experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to the facility residents.
• Complete assignments and assist other staff with their assignments when able.
• Document care delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
• Report pertinent changes in residents to the immediate supervisor.
• Work in cooperation and respectfully with other departments within the facility.
• Serve as a dependable employee by working on scheduled days and showing up to work on time.
• Follow direction and complete tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Adhere to safety precautions per each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist in the process of orientation of new staff members.
