As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do: Provide personal care to patients with illness, injury, or chronic conditions Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, and nutritional needs Support ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Check vitals, monitor intake/output, and track blood glucose Observe, document, and report changes to the care team Collaborate with nurses and other home health professionals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Colorado CNA Certification
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
- Ability to pass background check & drug screen (THC tested)
- Compassion, reliability, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No COVID vaccination required
Responsibilities
