About The Position
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the United States, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and direct patient care within healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Your primary objective will be to support patients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. You will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly. Requirements
- Current and valid CNA certification recognized in the state of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and safety standards.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff.
- Provide mobility assistance, including helping patients move safely within their environment and supporting rehabilitation exercises as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control protocols and proper sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and compassionate care.
