About The Position

Weatherly Inn is a beautiful, family-owned community known for excellence in senior care. They work closely with families to meet the unique needs of their loved ones. Weatherly Inn offers full-time employees (30+ hours/week) a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as paid time off and holiday pay. Weatherly Inn is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team at their beautiful assisted living community in Renton. This position is for split-shift (2 AM shifts and 2 PM shifts) with a 4-on/2-off rotation. They are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals who have a passion for serving seniors.

Requirements

GED or High School Diploma required.
Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide license.
1st Aid/CPR certification (within 14 days of hire); Dementia and Mental Health Training (within 90 days of hire).
Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and understand English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and promote an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
Gentle, caring demeanor; reliable, teachable, and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with resident care plans.
Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and escorting to and from meals.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and home-like environment.
Document vital signs accurately.
Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed.
