Description Provides and assists in the provision of, direct patient care under the supervision of a RN/LPN and whose activities require an understanding of basic anatomical, biological, psychological, cultural, and social sciences. Requirements
- Successful completion of an Alaska state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education which meets state certification requirements.
- Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Some college courses in nursing or therapy field.
- 3 months Nursing assistant experience in acute or extended care.
