South Creek Post Acute is now hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Evening and NOC shifts! Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of Washington
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect
- Support mobility including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members
