About The Position
Tiburon Hills Care Center is looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our NOC shift team! If you’re someone who brings heart to your work, thrives in a supportive environment, and takes pride in caring for seniors, we’d love to meet you. As a CNA on NOC shift, you’ll play a key role in keeping residents safe, comfortable, and cared for overnight.
Requirements
- Current California CNA certification (required)
- Reliable, patient, and kind—especially during overnight hours
- Ability to work well under pressure while staying calm and professional
- Strong communication and a team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Safe transfers and mobility support
- Vital signs and timely documentation
- Prompt response to call lights and resident needs
- Support with comfort, safety checks, and nighttime routines
- Teamwork with nurses and staff to maintain excellent resident care
