This position involves assisting residents with activities of daily living and providing basic nursing care. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care, and support the healthcare team in delivering quality patient care.
• Measure and record residents' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiration rate. Report any significant changes in vital signs to the nursing staff.
• Provide basic medical care.
• Assist residents with eating and drinking, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the nursing team.
• Document all resident care activities accurately and timely in medical records.
• Support healthcare team.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
