Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• Passion for senior care
• Dependable and team-focused

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care in a manner conducive to the comfort and safety of residents.
• Recognize and respond to the needs of residents.
• Make prompt and accurate judgments with regard to resident care.
• Accurately take and record vital signs, including blood pressures.
• Evaluate sensory limitations of residents/patients, and adjust care-giving methods to maximize communication.
• Observe and assess at the Certified Nursing Assistant level the physical, psychosocial and safety needs of residents/patients.
• Communicate a sense of caring, concern and dignity for residents/patients.
• Perform the essential functions of the job in a manner that benefits residents of the facility and complies with business necessity.
