About The Position

This position is for Nursing Assistants who are currently CERTIFIED. We're seeking extraordinary CNAs - Skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our extraordinary SKILLED nursing team. Our CNAs have a sincere interest in serving an older adult population, have the ability to work with a diverse team and can 'go with the flow'. Requirements

• Must have a current PA Nursing Assistant Certification

Responsibilities

• Care for Residents in a skilled care setting under direction of nursing and medical staff.
• Document care on Reliasputer system.
• Creates a positive, encouraging and educational environment for Team Members.
• Ensures consistency among Supportive Living Communities in all operations, policies and procedures.
• Serves as a mentor/preceptor to new Nursing Assistants during orientation and as needed.
