An every weekend scheduling option to CNAs newly hired in the Nursing department on a limited basis. Employees must make a commitment to enroll in the program for twenty-six (26) consecutive weekends (six months). During this period, the employee will be scheduled to work a minimum of three (3) twelve (12) hour or two(2) sixteen (16) hour shifts per weekend. For the purpose of defining this program, the "weekend" begins on Friday at 6:30am and ends on Monday evening at 7:00pm. What you will receive as a First Atlantic HealthCare Weekend Warrior Employee A premium differential of $5.00 per hour will be paid for hours actually worked within the defined weekend time. This premium is in addition to any and all weekend differentials.
