Why Join Us Work Today, Get Paid Today – Daily Pay Available Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition Reimbursement – Grow Your Career with Us Supportive Leadership Team & Positive Work Environment Consistent Monday–Friday Schedule (8 AM–5 PM) – No Nights or Weekends What You’ll Do CNA Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Van Driver Responsibilities: Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and facility-related activities Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair assistance when needed Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and basic maintenance reporting Follow all safety protocols and transportation guidelines Qualifications Active CNA certification in the state of Texas (required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented mindset What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy building relationships with residents and being a trusted part of their day You are reliable, safety-focused, and take pride in your work You can balance hands-on care with transportation responsibilities confidently Disclaimer This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
