About The Position

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our CNA Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. Paid Training State Accredited Certified Nurse Aide Training Class

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to the facility residents.
• Must complete a minimum of 30 hrs. classroom / 75 hrs. floor
• Must pass a state written exams and state skilled test
• Document care delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate work with other nursing assistants to ensure all care needs are met.
• Report pertinent changes in residents to the immediate supervisor.
• Work in cooperation and respectfully with other departments within the facility.
• Serve as a dependable employee by working on scheduled days and showing up to work on time.
• Follow direction and complete tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Adhere to safety precautions per each resident’s plan of care.
