About The Position

The Pines at Placerville invites you to be part of our next Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program. This program is designed for compassionate and dedicated individuals looking for a rewarding career in healthcare. The training is conducted through SISU Care and led by an experienced instructor, offering a flexible program with self-paced theory and shorter clinical hours. The course lasts eight weeks, with theory conducted online and clinicals held at the facility. After graduation, participants will start as Full-Time Nursing Aides.

Requirements

• Must be compassionate, dependable, and a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have access to a computer and internet for online classes.
• Must sign an 18-month contract to work for the facility post-graduation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Possess I-9 and live scan identification documents.
• Be able to pass background/live scan clearance and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Local candidates preferred, specifically from Pollock Pines to Folsom or Georgetown to Somerset.

Responsibilities

• Complete the CNA training program successfully.
• Commit to a full-time PM shift after graduation.
• Participate in clinical hours at the facility.
