About The Position

This position offers a training program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within two weeks at no cost. The program is designed to prepare candidates for employment in the healthcare field, focusing on essential skills and knowledge required for the role.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Provide a completed application, valid photo identification, and social security card at the time of the interview.
• No felony convictions or certain misdemeanor charges.

• Previous work history in healthcare or related fields.
• Flexibility in shift availability and willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Complete the state certified nurse aide training program within 2 weeks.
• Attend classes on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm without absences or tardiness.
• Maintain a grade average of 80 or above to continue in the course.
• Purchase and wear navy blue scrubs during class and clinical sessions.
• Undergo a criminal background check and consult the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for eligibility.
