Requirements

  • High Scholl Diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for caring for people!

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with indirect care duties, including answering call lights, assisting with meals, organizing belongings, gathering supplies, and performing light housekeeping or homemaker tasks
  • Assist residents with communication and engagement, such as helping with technology, facilitating activities of choice, and providing monitoring or 1:1 supervision in common areas to maintain safety
  • Perform direct resident care tasks after appropriate training, including bed-making (occupied/unoccupied), bathing, dressing, hygiene support, incontinent care, and assisting with meals for those without aspiration risks
  • Collaborate with CNAs by supporting two-staff assistance needs (excluding mechanical transfers), obtaining resident weights, and completing other trained duties as directed
