The CNA Training Program is intended for High School students in their Junior year, who will be seniors starting the 2025/2026 school year. This program allows students to complete the training required to sit for the Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant Certification and begin employment with Aurora as a Nursing Assistant Youth Apprentice at an Aurora medical center. The training will take place onsite in Oconomowoc, WI, with specific practice and testing dates held near St. Luke's campus in Milwaukee. Students must commit to working 8-hour shifts, typically from 2 PM to 10:30 PM or 3 PM to 11:30 PM, and maintain 20 hours a week during school, including a weekend and holiday rotation.
