Dove Healthcare is participating in the WisCaregiver Careers Program, offering a CNA Trainee position. This program provides an opportunity to start a career in healthcare by covering the costs of CNA class and testing fees. Trainees will be compensated at $15/hr for their attendance during the 75-hour CNA class. Upon successful completion of the CNA testing and subsequent employment as a CNA at a Dove Healthcare facility for six consecutive months, a $500 bonus will be awarded. The program outlines a clear path: apply, interview, sign an agreement, enroll in a free CNA class with assistance, complete the class, pass the state exam, and then begin work as a certified CNA. Dove Healthcare emphasizes career growth, offering pathways to roles such as medication aide, LPN, RN, or management, supported by tuition reimbursement and continuing education opportunities.
