Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Louisiana
- CPR Certified
- Patient care oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Time Management Skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Long term care experience required
- Supervisory experience required
Responsibilities
- Oversee manage and coordinate activities of the CNAs
- Provide compassionate patient care
- Assist with all patient needs to include vital signs meal preparation personal hygiene and required documentation

- Performs staff education and monitor CNA hours
