The CNA Supervisor provides a balanced combination of direct patient care, staff supervision, and team-level operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality clinical services and effective team performance. This role maintains a strong clinical presence while serving as a visible supervisor and operational leader who supports staff development, workflow effectiveness, and alignment with organizational standards. This position is responsible for supporting patients and families across all Unity service areas, ensuring consistent care and presence throughout our entire community network. Schedule: 5 days per week (variable) – PM/NOC shifts possible with this role, every 3rd weekend, on call rotation 10-15 times per year, 1-2 holidays per year.
