CNA/Skilled Caregiver for Facility
About The Position
Immediate Opening: Skilled Caregiver (CNA Preferred) in Joplin, MO Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a skilled and dependable caregiver to represent Phoenix while providing care to residents within an assisted living facility in Marshall, MO. This role supports multiple residents and requires strong clinical awareness, professionalism, and compassionate care. As a Phoenix caregiver, you will serve as a trusted presence in the facility, delivering high quality care while building respectful relationships with residents and staff. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45 am to 2 pm
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred
- Experienced caregivers with strong skills encouraged to apply
- Confidence with hands on care in a facility setting
Responsibilities
- Provide care to multiple residents throughout the facility
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Support medication reminders per care plans
- Perform catheter care
- Complete routine room checks to ensure resident safety and comfort
- Maintain a professional presence while representing Phoenix Home Care
