Requirements

  • CNA Certification
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
  • Manage shift swaps, call-offs, and last-minute changes
  • Communicate with nursing and department staff to keep operations on track
