Requirements
- CNA Certification
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Manage shift swaps, call-offs, and last-minute changes
- Communicate with nursing and department staff to keep operations on track
