About The Position

We're seeking an extraordinary Restorative CNA - Skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our extraordinary SKILLED nursing team. Requirements

• Must have a current PA Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Restorative CNA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of a Certified Nursing Assistant as assigned, under direction of nursing and medical staff.
• Communicates Resident special restorative needs to other CNAs as needed.
• Documents completion of restorative programs in the electronic documentation system.
• Updates changes of Resident restorative concerns directly to the restorative nurse.
• Organizes and monitors Residents that attend organized meal groups, as appropriate.
• Attends monthly Restorative meetings.
• Documents other care on Relias computer system.
• Creates a positive, encouraging and educational environment for Team Members.
• Ensures consistency among Supportive Living Communities in all operations, policies and procedures.
• Serves as a mentor/preceptor to new Nursing Assistants during orientation and as needed.
