About The Position
CNA Restorative Aide Location: Rome, GA, 30165 Skills Required: CNA Restorative Aide The CNA Restorative Aide will be responsible for providing restorative care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The ideal candidate will have a CNA certification and experience in providing restorative care.
Requirements
- CNA certification
- Experience in providing restorative care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide restorative care to patients, including range of motion exercises, ambulation, and positioning
- Assist with transfers and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the licensed nurse
- Document care provided in the electronic medical record
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Adhere to infection control and safety policies and procedures
