CNA Resident Care Associate - Assisted Living - Per Diem
About The Position
Cedar Mountain Commons is a not-for-profit independent and assisted living retirement community, where residents are able to maintain their independence while living in the safety and comfort of a service-rich environment. We are a compassionate, highly trained and certified staff which aims to provide residents with the care they need at the standards they expect. Provides service and care to each resident in a timely efficient manner. Maintains expectations of resident and family with satisfactory results and implements high quality services in a positive customer service focused manner.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws off the state of Connecticut
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
- Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
