About The Position

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant or Resident Assistant to serve at Prairie Pines, Essentia Health's assisted living facility in Fosston, Minnesota. This RA or CNA works on a casual, as-needed basis, picking up shifts to support time off, call-ins, and staffing shortages. The ideal candidate can work independently and has prior long-term care experience.

Requirements

• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Previously long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with selected routine and non-technical aspects of nursing care during an assigned shift, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Will assist with care of the older adult and geriatric population.
