About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Certified Nursing Aides (CNA) in Clayton, NC and surrounding areas. The company has been providing care for the medically fragile community across the nation since 2000, operating on values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS). CNAs at Angels of Care provide direct, one-on-one care to medically fragile individuals, making a difference in the lives of their patients and families. They work flexible and predictable schedules with full support available anytime, day or night. Requirements

  • Must have valid Certified Nursing Aide I or II certification
  • Copy of TB test
  • Current CPR
  • Valid state identification
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must display good emotional health and be able to physically tolerate much standing, bending and lifting within guidelines and teaching provided by the state
  • Must be able to read and follow written instructions and document the care as directed
  • Must demonstrate a cooperative attitude toward providing services
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
  • Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly

Responsibilities

  • Activities of daily living (bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, etc)
  • Range of motion activities
  • Bolus feeding
  • Catheterization
  • Oral/Nasal suctioning
  • Oxygen administration
