About The Position

BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh has an immediate need for CNAs and PCAs for new cases in the Wake Forest area. The agency is looking for top-tier candidates who can pass a rigorous hiring and screening process to join the number one home care agency in the triangle area. This position specifically requires Hoyer Lift experience, and applicants who do not meet all requirements should not apply.

Requirements

A positive and professional attitude and a great personality
Hoyer Lift Experience Required
Valid NC License for CNAs or Proof of Work Experience for PCAs
Current TB Test
Current CPR Certification
Successful Completion of All State Mandated Training
NC Drivers License, Insurance and Reliable Transportation
Outstanding Communication Skills

Responsibilities

Provide companion and personal care to clients
Document plan of care requirements and time and attendance
Input shift availability at least 2 weeks in advance
Start shift on-time and complete all plan of care tasks
Notify the Director of Nursing of client changes or concerns
Provide a safe environment and promote quality care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards
Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation
Use equipment properly and in a safe manner (Hoyer Lift Experience Required)
