About The Position
Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA's /PCA's to provide essential support to individuals in the home. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for Seniors. This role is pivotal in assisting clients with activities of daily living while promoting independence. Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Help with mobility and transfers using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment. Assist with Medication reminders. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or caregiver. Support clients in engaging in community activities and social interactions to promote their independence. Experience Familiarity with care systems and lifting techniques is beneficial for ensuring client safety. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential for success in this role.
