About The Position

Caring Hands United, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, Part Time, PCA or Certified Nursing Assistant in Atlanta, Ga and surrounding areas. This person will be able to work within our client's homes providing support with daily living tasks and personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Staffing Coordinator. Also, they must be able to travel to one or more client locations in the community and trainings. We also offer flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a health care facility or home care is preferred but we also train motivated caregivers
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant
• CNA certification in the State of Georgia or PCA certification
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in personal care, learning skills, and performing daily living skills
• Participates in recreational/social activities, light house-keeping, and grocery shopping
• May accompany client's to appointments and activities
• Observes and documents client's behavior
