About The Position

MaxCare Health & Residential Services has six residential group homes providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs. We have a great work environment and an experienced management team. We are looking to connect with caring and compassionate employees who are committed to our mission of maintaining a safe, happy and healthy living environment for the individuals we service. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team for part-time or every other weekend positions. You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or other related fields preferred
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Medication Aide preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
• CPR Certification preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment
