Requirements

• A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation are required.
• Previous experience in personal care is preferred, but a compassionate spirit is a must.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• A dependable and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow a personalized care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Providing emotional support, engaging in conversation, and being a friendly, reassuring presence.
• Preparing light, nutritious meals, performing light housekeeping, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
• Accompanying clients to appointments, running errands, or enjoying social outings.
• Administering medication reminders and vigilantly observing and reporting any changes in a client's condition.
