Requirements

Minimum –Completed CNA program
Certification: Illinois Certificate for Nurse Assistant
Training: 1. Annual education, skills and competencies required by Memorial Hospital 2. BLS
Experience: Prefer 1-year healthcare experience, not required. 100% On-site work.
Vaccination: Required vaccinations per IDPH, CDC, CMS and Memorial Hospital policies.

Responsibilities

Identifies patient care needs by working as a team and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Promotes a compassionate environment by providing support to patients, friends, and families.
Promotes patient's independence by working on the patient care goals with the health care team.
Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records timely.

Benefits

PTO Accrual .085/per hour worked up to 40 hours a week. Max earned annually, 176 hours. PTO is for Vacation, Sick and Holiday time off.
Wellness Employee Health Insurance is less than $20.00/month.
Pay range is $16.60 - $23.60/hr. for PRN with Shift Differentials.
