Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provide support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in activities such as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing. Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.   • Provide support services for the medical staff in the Clinic.
  • Assist Participants in activities such as walking, transfers, and use of mobility devices.
  • Help Participants get to and from restroom and assist with toileting.
  • Change incontinence products and clothing for Participants.
  • Prepare Participants for medical exams by Clinic MD and RNs.
  • Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Long term care or related geriatric and/or rehabilitative experience.
